「農業環境演習」は、大学生が中山間地域に通い、住民との交流や農作業を通して地域課題を発見・解決し、地域活性化をめざす静岡大学農学部の授業です。
お茶まつりでは、静岡市梅ヶ島産やぶきたのみを使った山のお茶『天空からのおすそわけ』を、学生がデザインしたパッケージで販売。
粉末茶『流れ星のわすれもの』は、手軽にお茶として楽しむほか、お菓子作りや料理にも。香り高い茶葉を丸ごと味わえます。
さらに、梅ヶ島大代地区の一部の耕作放棄茶園を学生が借り受けて、栽培から製茶まで挑戦。その成果である『大代の学生茶』を、今回は「熟成茶」と「ほうじ茶」をご用意して限定販売します。
大代地区の風景とお茶栽培がこれからも続いていくよう、皆様にお届けできれば幸いです。

The “Practice in Agricultural Environment” is a program at Shizuoka University’s Faculty of Agriculture, in which students visit the mountainous community, interact with local residents and engage in farm work to identify and solve regional issues, aiming to revitalize local areas. At the Tea Festival, we will be selling the mountain tea 'A Gift from the Sky,' made from Shizuoka City’s Umegashima-grown Yabukita leaves, in student-designed packaging. The powdered tea “A Keepsake from the Shooting star” can be enjoyed as tea or used in baking and cooking, letting you savor the full aroma of the leaves. In addition, students manage abandoned tea fields in Ojiro, handling everything from cultivation to tea processing. From this effort, we are offering 　“Students’ Tea from Ojiro”, available this time as 'Aged Tea' and 'Hojicha.' We hope to share these teas so that the landscapes and tea cultivation of Ojiro can continue for years to come.
