bodhi tea and culture合同会社は、焼津市の茶商「長峰製茶」と袋井市の茶生産者「池田園」「安間製茶」による合同会社です。独自の特許製法で乳酸発酵させたお茶「菩提酸茶（ぼだいさんちゃ）」と、菩提酸茶を原料としたボトリングティー「スパークリングティーbodhi」を中心に、さまざまな商品を展開しています。自動車部品メーカーのアイシンとの共同研究により、自然発酵を超える乳酸発酵を実現していることも特徴です。今回の展示では、乳酸発酵茶・ボトリングティーの試飲販売を行います。お茶だけを使用しながら、海外のコンテストでも「新時代のノンアルコール飲料」と高く評価されてグランプリを勝ち取った味や香りを、ぜひ体験してください。

Bodhi Tea and Culture LLC is a unique collaboration between Nagamine Seicha, a respected tea merchant in Yaizu City, and Ikedaen and Anma Seicha, renowned tea producers in Fukuroi City.
We specialize in Bodaisancha—a lactic acid–fermented tea crafted through our patented manufacturing method—and in our signature bottled drink, Sparkling Tea “bodhi”, made exclusively from Bodaisancha.
In partnership with automotive parts manufacturer AISIN, we have achieved a breakthrough in lactic acid fermentation that surpasses the limits of natural fermentation, creating a truly distinctive flavor profile.
At this exhibition, we invite you to enjoy tastings of both our lactic acid–fermented tea and our bottled sparkling tea. Made entirely from tea leaves, our sparkling tea has been acclaimed at international competitions as a “next-generation non-alcoholic beverage” and has won the Grand Prix.
