ウーノン茶は、うの茶園の看板商品です。名前はダジャレですが、中身は本気です。
静岡県浜松市天竜区春野町に移住し、お茶農家になって１６年経ちました。台湾の烏龍茶の香りに魅了されたのをきっかけに、自分で烏龍茶を作るようになりました。それからは、365日頭の中は烏龍茶のことばかり。烏龍茶の本場である台湾のお茶農家にも毎年のように足を運び、もっぱら勉強中です。その甲斐あって、昨年の日本茶アワードでは烏龍茶部門でプラチナ賞をいただきました。
　より香り高いお茶へ。試行錯誤の道半ばではありますが、奥深い烏龍茶の世界をお楽しみください。

Uno chaen's signature product is U-non tea. The name is a pun, but the contents are serious.
I moved to Haruno Town in Shizuoka Prefecture, and have been a tea farmer for 16 years. Captivated by the aroma of Taiwanese oolong tea, I started making my own. Since then, oolong tea has been on my mind 365 days a year. Almost every year, I visit tea farms in Taiwan, the home of oolong tea, and I am constantly studying. Thanks to this, I received a Platinum Award in the Oolong Tea category at last year's Japan Tea Awards.
Towards an even more fragrant tea. Although we are still on the path of trial and error, we hope you will enjoy the deep world of oolong tea.
