静岡県焼津市の高草山放棄茶園を再生し、美しい茶畑を未来へつなぐサステナブルな取り組みを進めています。再生活動の中で生まれた茶葉は、自然のやさしい色に染まる「茶染め」にも活用。さらに、地域の気候と土壌で育まれた「地紅茶（和紅茶）」も展開し、日本茶の新たな魅力を発信しています。環境と共生する茶づくりの今を、ぜひブースでご体感ください。また新しいお茶の提案としてボトルティーをご提案します。

We are working to restore an abandoned tea plantation on Mt. Takakusa in Yaizu, Shizuoka, aiming to preserve and pass on the beauty of tea fields for future generations through sustainable practices. Tea leaves from this restoration are also used for “tea dyeing,” creating gentle, natural colors. In addition, we produce locally grown Japanese black tea (Wakōcha), showcasing a new charm of Japanese tea. Visit our booth to experience our tea-making efforts in harmony with nature.
